Facility Cost Projections

The proposed facility will cost no more than $3.4M, with private donations accounting for at least $1M, leaving $2.4M to be financed through general obligation bonds.
The owner of a home at the median value for Columbus will see a property tax increase of approximately $89.43 per year, which equates to $7.45 per month or 25¢ per day.

Single: $35  –  Senior: $30  –  Student: $30  –  Family: $55  –  Senior Family: $45  –  Day Pass: $10

A variety of health & wellness classes offered free with membership.

Specialty classes offered for a fee. Discounts available for annual payments.

These are average suggested membership rates, for use in creating budget projections. Columbus residents will pay less than these rates and non-residents will pay more, due to residents funding the center through the bond issue.
